Tate Family Session ~ Downtown Norman | Oklahoma Family Photographer

Norman is one of my favorite urban locations for family photo sessions. It has all the city elements you’d expect like alleyways, worn brick, and metal staircases. It’s such a fun place and unique place to photograph families who want a more edgy vibe. These photos were from a fall mini session I did for the Tate family. I began photography by taking photos of my kids like most other family photographers. I fell in love with documenting their daily life and it felt like magic to be able to capture their personalities in an image and hang onto the moments forever. This is what I hope to do for families when I photograph them and their children. I want to give them memories to hang onto. I want them to remember the fun they had during their time with me and smile when they look back at the photos. I want my families to see the real life beauty of who they are in images.
