Ebb & Flow Pilates and Movement is the brainchild of Leila, a movement lover, mom of three boys, and cheerleader for her clients' well-being. Her journey began with a lifelong passion for movement—starting as a young dancer, earning a college dance degree, and teaching dance before falling in love with Pilates. Her love for people and teaching blossomed into opening her own studio in April 2023.
